Tract Reviews

"30th Street Station"

Denise worked at the train station cleaning and viewed the tracts left in the ladies' washroom as another mess for her to clean up. Sheer boredom led her to start reading them.

When her friend Charlie died she knew she had no answer to where she would go when she died and started searching in earnest.

While reading the Gospel of Matthew, Denise was particularly struck by what Jesus went through on the cross. Later Denise accepts Jesus as her personal Saviour and has to choose to turn away from her old lifestyle. The knowledge that Jesus chose the way of the cross helps her to make the right choice.

"What Then"

This tract goes through all the things our society holds dear and things people believe are going to save them: being religious, having money, being a good person, having fun, being successful or having knowledge. In each instance a Bible verse is quoted explaining that when they get to heaven these things will be of no value.

This tract then goes on to clearly explain the way of salvation so that individuals counting on a category listed in the first section know how they can have eternal life.
