Danny's Big Question
Danny was worried. He wanted to know how he could be SURE he was going to
heaven. The answers he received were from his friend that he'd just have
to wait and see, from his mom, not to worry about it he would have lots of
time when he was grown up and his brother asked him if he was sick. Danny
didn't understand why all these people were putting this off until they
were old or sick.
The next day Danny met a boy and helped him retrieve his Mailbox lesson from
his dog Scottie. Danny asked his new friend what the lessons were about and
when he mentioned the word 'heaven' Danny once again asks his question, 'How
can we be SURE we are going to heaven?' The lesson they had retrieved
explained the plan of salvation. Danny asked the Lord to be his Saviour
right there.
This tract encourages children not to put off their decision to ask Jesus
to come into their hearts and take over their lives. It also encourages
them to join The Mailbox Club at Western Tract Mission.
JUSTIFICATION MAKES PRESENT DAY SAINTS
This Tract is written for Mormons by a former Mormon, Jens Pershing Beckstead.
Mr. Beckstead was born and raised in the Mormon Church. This tract explains
the truths of the Bible as opposed to the Journal of Discourses that lead
to his conversion. The tract goes through a number of fallacies in the Mormon
faith:
that God rose step by step in the scale of progress,
that Joseph Smith must okay your entrance into heaven,
that Mormons go to heaven once they have established their own righteousness.
This tract is a wonderful tool in reaching Mormons since it addresses and
answers the issues relevant to them.
