This tract starts with an awesome poem about an old violin at an auction sale.
The auctioneer can only get a dollar or two for it. Then someone comes, tightens
the strings and uses that old violin to produce wonderful music. After that,
the auctioneer starts the bidding at a thousand dollars and goes up from there.
Our lives are the same; they may appear to be not worth much because they
are so old and dirty. However, The Touch of the Master's Hand can transform
all of that. Jesus can use our lives to produce the most beautiful music if we
let him pick us up, tighten the strings and use the bow.
This tract then tells the readers how to come to Jesus and allow him to make
their lives more beautiful and valuable then they could ever imagine.
This is a salvation tract that starts by examining the impact of Jesus' death.
It is only because Jesus died on the cross that our sins can be forgiven. If
Jesus had taken the easy way out we would NOT have the opportunity to go to
heaven.
After a poem contemplating this fact, the tract clearly explains the way of
salvation using the following verses: Isaiah 53:4 & 5, John 3:18 and John 14:6.
This tract points out that the cross is crucial to our faith. Without Jesus'
death we would have no salvation and therefore no hope of eternal life. What
an incredible sacrifice He made on behalf of mankind.
