We at the office only represent and facilitate what you, the ordinary Christians,
are prepared to do towards this goal. You may have thought we were doing it all
for you. Not so. We need YOUR helping hands!
Lift up your hand - see, there is everything that's needed.
Prayer - First you pray for the lost. This is represented by your thumb, for
none of your fingers can do anything without your thumb.
Vision - Your pointing finger gives you direction. Once you catch the vision,
you'll get excited about helping us reach Canada. You pray some more to confirm
this is God's will.
A Commitment to Send Tracts - You need your strong long finger to do
something about this. Look around for family members or a group of fellow
Christians with whom you can share your vision, and discuss when and where you
will meet regularly to do the mailings. If not already a member of the mission,
you send for the application form and let us know of your commitment. Tell God
of your commitment, and prepare your hearts for the follow-up correspondence
when notified of the response cards. Someone needs to be ready to write them.
Supplies - will be sent to you. You will have to organize your work
table, the bulk postage, and the postal bags. Again, you pray that everything
will come together on time.
Money - Supplies and postage cost money. It comes from tender-hearted
volunteers like you. As you pray, more comes in, usually just in time! We will
all have cause to praise God in prayer once more.
