You are Invited to our Soup & Pie Supper February 4 from 4 - 8 pm.
It is also a WELCOME for Joe and Penny Homontowski, our newest missionaries
just arrived from Madison, Georgia. Meet them in person. You may wish to invite
Joe to come speak to your church or group meeting about discipleship training.
Our fundraising Suppers get more exciting every year! It is back at the Osler
Community Church, in Osler, and by popular demand, we expect to have "Summa
Borscht" as well as chicken noodle soup, with plenty of luscious pies to make
your choices difficult.
Admission is by donation, which goes to printing gospel tracts.
ANNUAL MEETING Saturday morning, February 26, 2005 9:30 am. Take your
membership seriously and be present to hear reports and discern what God is
doing through Western Tract Mission. (Non-members are welcome too). Lunch will
be provided immediately after the meeting. We are in exciting times as we begin
a partnership with Source of Light Ministries International.
Reflections Invites you, our readers, to become more involved in the contents
of our issues this year. We would like you to submit your poems, testimonies
and answers to prayer, or how you distribute tracts, or how a tract has
particularly blessed and helped you.
We have four issues each year. The one you are reading is the first one for
2005. The theme is, Jesus is the Truth. The second one comes out in May, and
the theme will be, Jesus is the Light. The third will be in fall with the theme
of, Jesus is the Door or Shepherd. The final issue of 2005 will be, Jesus is
Peace. You may use these topics as your guides.
You may email these to
Ruth (using the web-servant feedback form), or use our regular
mailing address, but please remember that each issue is prepared for press at
least 6 weeks prior to mailing out. Don't delay.
