What it is
Have you ever thought about Discipleship? ?What does it mean?? To disciple someone is to lead them to Christ, then help them grow closer to Him, teaching them until they are able to win someone else to the Lord!

How we do it
At Western Tract Mission we are discipling people through the Mailbox Club lessons, which are printed in Madison, GA by Source of Light Ministries International. Source of Light Ministries is engaged in a worldwide literature ministry, offering Bible correspondence courses for use in other ministries. The lessons are effective with individual students, or in group studies. They are ideal for follow-up programs.

The Mailbox Club lessons are brief and well illustrated. Each lesson has a test section to be completed and mailed in for grading.

We have seven ladies who volunteer their time each week, to come in and grade the lessons, counseling each student when needed.

Who is taking the courses
Many lessons are sent in from all over Canada. We have lessons coming from Newfoundland, from British Columbia and almost every province in between. We even have a student in the Northwest Territories, up near Yellowknife.

Many of these students have been doing the lessons for many years, but we are getting new students each week.
The last few weeks we have been getting lessons from a camp in Manitoba, which started using the lessons during their Bible time this summer. There are lessons coming in from Daily Vacation Bible Schools and from people having Bible studies in their own homes together with friends.
How you could use these Discipleship Courses
The lessons can be used in Sunday school, in children's church or in door to door ministries. Pastors can use the materials for follow up with those who get saved under their ministry. Homeschoolers use the
Bible lessons for their Bible classes. Families can use the studies during their family time each morning or evening.
Canadians interested in joining the Mailbox Club and doing Bible correspondence lessons may call Western Tract Mission at 306-244-0446 and Americans may call Source of Light Ministries International at 706-342-0397 and ask for the correspondence department.
