Spin Off Tract Missions
From Western Tract News (April - May 1977):
"The cost of getting tracts into the hands of distributors has continued to rise. This has been a great concern to WTM and especially as it concerns our ministry to far off places.We have been considering having tracts printed in other countries using the presses run by nationals. The problem is to have a trustworthy national to look after the distribution and printing of tracts. In India we have an Associate Mission called, the Eastern Tract Mission, under the direction of K. T. Matthews. In January we rather timidly sent him $50 to begin printing tracts."
This mission, ETM, kept in touch, and began a vital ministry there.
Another one was begun in Australia, ATM, which grew steadily too.
