Emergency Measures Volunteers (EMV).
Did you have a bountiful harvest? If so you are probably eager to pay off bills and start your Christmas preparations. We like to pay up all our general account bills too by year end. Would you share some of your bounty so that we can pay for ink cartridges, paper, envelopes, postage machine rental, phone, internet, insurance, and utility bills? They may not sound as exciting as gift ideas, but they are important in the Lord's work. Memorial Gifts
A lovely way to remember a dear family member or friend who has died this year, would be to send in a memorial gift to Western Tract Mission, so that it might be used to provide the gospel to individuals and families who are not yet ready for Heaven. Especially now as we have everything in place for our Impact Canada program, a gift of even $1 provides a gospel booklet with five meaningful testimonies to 4 homes, where an average of three people live. For every $1 you can provide the Good News of Jesus to 12 people. Would that not honour and please your loved one who has gone on to Heaven? |
