Impact Canada Responses:
From Newfoundland
Our Impact Canada mailing of There is Hope for this year went out to 89,556 homes in Newfoundland on September 29. In the weeks following, and even now, we are excitedly tracking the responses.
So far, 8 have asked for the Mailbox Club lessons, one shared her testimony, and one seems to have been someone else sending a man's name in. (He was not happy about that).
We gathered around the answering machine the other week, to listen to a woman's call, in which she described the booklet as 'wonderful!' She talked about her past ministry using the Mailbox Club lessons, and commended us for our work. Naturally, we want to give God all the glory, but such responses do encourage us.
Rejoice with us that the testimonies are being read and they are touching hearts. Pray that the Holy Spirit will use this booklet to bring true peace through the Prince of Peace into many hearts in the cities and rural areas of the province of Newfoundland for weeks and months to come.
