We Will Rejoice The Story of Isaac and Anna Neudorf
by Nettie May Neudorf
Order this book (only a few left!) at $4.00 each
This 205 page paperback narrative is the testimony of a couple who sought hard for assurance that God had truly saved them, and that they were on their way to Heaven. They grew up in a Mennonite community in Neuhorst, near Osler, Saskatchewan, and the church they had attended since their youth did not teach that an individual could be sure of Heaven until arriving there.
The writing is in a down-to-earth, conversational style, with funny historical incidents woven in with the search both Isaac and Anna, and some other relatives and villagers made for the answer to life. Then their excitement and joy when they discovered that it was all to be had by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ who had already accomplished a full and free salvation for them, and for anyone else who would believe.
Once they reached this victorious time in their lives, Isaac took every opportunity that presented, to share his testimony. Sometimes he was invited to share at a Christian Business Men's meeting in the city, and sometimes a high schools, or small church services.
There are quotations in German and in Plaut Dietsche, also known as Low German. These will be of special interest to people who also have such a background.
